the search button is your friend...
but since i'm bored..
do intake/full exhaust, gears to complement heads/cam
t/b isn't going to help much at all, even after heads/cam (the stock one is good)
and the lt4 is ok, it's not gonna net you 425 hp at the crank or whatever like the advertisement says
most say you're better off getting ported heads and a custom cam to match, makes more power and is driveable also

Agree with above, As far as T/B goes is not going to hurt to upgrade when you styart making some serious power. Going to abigger t/b will never hurt you. Only too small...... How are you trying to make youe hp?, are you trying to go get all the hp you can n/a or via power adder.

First do your major bolt ons: Catback exhaust, Longtube Headers, and a Cold Air induction kit. These are going to be your foundation for future modding. Once those are completed your going to need some grippy tires. If you have an Auto get a Stall TQ converter and 3.73 gears. If its an M6 get a good clutch and 4.10's. After that contact Lloyd Elliot or Joe Overton and have them create you a custom Heads and Cam package depending on your specific needs and wants. This will yeild you more power for less money than a LT4 kit. Were talking 450 RWHP not 425FWHP like the LT4 kit for less dough. Of course a 12 bolt or 9 inch rear would be necessary after your 10 bolt blows from all the added power. And the suspension to match, SFC, LCA, etc. Good luck, and have fun.

As for taking out the engine, I did it in a weekend. I did it taking the engine out with the trans. I managed to put it back in one day thou. I will be able to do it much faster now thou, That was my first time, AND it started afterwards :-P. I took alot of pictures of each connection with my digicam thou. Did it to be on the safe side with reconnecting everything.

I swapped my rear in a day, Clutch took 2 days, but only because I started late in the afternoon and It didnt line up correctly my first time around. Again these were firsts for me lol.
