HELP!!! BROKE SOMETHING DURING INSTALL OF LTs - need part #

The coolant sensor on drivers side snapped when trying to get old exhaust off - what should I do? Will the car run fine without it? Where can I get another one by THURSDAY morning?!!!?!??! Thanks

The car will run fine, the guage it self wont work but the computer will still know what the coolant temp is via the sensor ont he waterpump.

look at this as the perfect time to get an accurate temp guage. Buy an autometer temp guage and it comes with the sensor for the head.

ha - thanks a lot guys - i remembered reading someone broke this before, and I was SO careful to avoid it, I was trying to get it all out thru the bottom tho I knew it wouldnt happen - oh well...now if I could only get that last bolt off and free the manifold from the evil cat! I've been using dremel bit after bit and now its so worn a socket cant turn it so tomorrow its back to the dremel. other then that, its been 1.5 days on and off, to and from autozone, but It'll all be over tomorrow and I'll wonder how I ever complained

LASTLY - will I have access to the temp plug with the headers on?

Thanks!
