OK I want to know what would be louder? pacesetter longtubes with cats, or without cats? I heard that some of these cars sound like farm trucks with no cats is that true? if it sounds louder with cats should I get the high flow cats?

I have the pacesetter longtubes with the dynatech highflow power cats. I think it sounds awesome, not obnoxiously loud but a nice tone. I know it would be even louder without cats but I still have to pass emissions over here.
