hi guys I need the torque specs for the bolts that hold the header flange to the y-pipe.

Also i was wondering are the metal heat shields that go over the 90 degree spark plug wire boot worth it or are they just a waste of money? I just changed the wires and there were only heat shields for the two rear plugs on the driver side. I was planning on getting some for the rest. My headers aren't coated if that makes a difference.
