need some fast help. lt1/m6 swap into Iroc.
Friend is working on a lt1 swap into an 86 iroc.
Everything, including the entire lt1 harness came from a 95 Z.
Has everything hooked up the way it should be, starts it, it runs cleanly for about a second or two then shuts off.
What could be the problem here, and how can I help him fix it?

Did you bypass the vats? If not it will shut off the fuel after a few seconds. You could check it with a fuel pressure guage,or by just listening to the fuel pump. If you want to see an lt1 conversion that has been running for almost 5 years. I'm in New Berlin Wi not far away.
