Need help regarding the stock manifold

The last few days I've been trying to unbolt a screw that has been broken in half as I was trying to take the exhaust pipe down from the driver side exhaust manifold. I have new screws, new gasket, etc so that I can rebolt the exhaust pipe back on. Would anyone have any suggestions on how to get a screw out that has been probably air-bolted from factory. I've used WD-40 and other liquid to get it out, but have no luck at all.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what happened, but did you try heating it with a small torch?

No I haven't. What happened was that I was uninstalling the piple that has like a circular rectangle shape that is connected to the exhaust manifold(driver side) which has a triangle attachment...it's hard to explain. I'm sure someone will know what I'm talking about. Well anyways, there are three screws to unbold to take down the pipe. two broke(these screws were probably rusted) and one came completely off.
