need help reading o2 scan

i honestly have no clue what i am looking at...

please help me figure this out...

I don't have the slightest idea what all the "O2 Monitor" data is indicating, other than it is measuring the switching times beween rich-lean and lean-rich.

MIL STATUS OFF -Your SES light is not on
ABSLT TPS % 0.0 - your throttle is fully closed
ENG SPEED RPM 808 - your engine is idling at 808 RPM (M6 idle speed is 800 RPM, so this seems high for an A4)
CALC LOAD % 3.1 - the load on the engine is 3.1% of its rated capacity (typical value at idle)
MAF FLOW g/Sec 8.90 - your MAF sensor is reporting a mass air flow of 8.90 grams per second (typical value at idle)
MAP KPA 32 - Your MAP sensor is indicating a manifold absolut pressure of 32 kiliPascals (typical value at idle with a stock cam.... corresponds to about 20-21"Hg vacuum, depending on the altitude).
COOLANT F 147 - Your coolant temp is 147*F
IAT F 100 - Your air inlet temp is 100*F (was it really that warm when you ran the data log, or does this represent a bit of heat soak on the air intake?)
IGN ADVANCE 24.0 - Your spark timing is 24* advanced (slightly on the high side for idle, but then your idle is higher than spec for an A4, so it fits)
SECOND AIR UPSTR - Appears to be monitoring your AIR pump, and indicating it is flowing to the exhaust manifolds - only place it can go on an LT1, but 3rd Gens also direct it to the cat)
ST FTRM1 % 0.0 - Your short term fuel trim on the left bank in the idle cell is 0%. Most likely, your PCM is still in open loop following a start.
LT FTRM1 % 0.0 - Your long term fuel trim in the idle cell is 0%. I'd be willing to bet the PCM was just reset
ST FTRM2 % 0.0 - Same as ST above, but right bank.
LT FTRM2 % 0.0 - Same as LT above, but right bank.
VEH SPEED MPH 0 - Your car is not moving.
FUEL SYS 1 OPEN - Confirms the PCM is in open loop on the left bank
FUEL SYS 2 OPEN - ditto, right bank
O2S11 V 0.790 - At that instant in time, the left bank pre-cat O2 sensor was indicating 790 milliVolts. In open loop, if you still have your AIR system intact, that would indicate a rich mixture.
ST FTRM11 % 0.0 - ????
O2S12 V 0.445 - Left bank after cat O2 sensor is not warmed up yet.
O2S21 V 0.865 - right bank pre-cat sensor is indicating rich, if the aIR system is working.
ST FTRM21 % 0.0 - ????
O2S22 V 0.445 - Your right bank after cat O2 sensor is not warmed up yet.
OBD2 STAT CA - ?????????

A single frame of data is not very useful.
