need help ASAP: car goes sideways inder throttle after adj lca install and new slicks
i had these adjustable LCAs in there before .. car ran fine no problems .. i just put on my new slicks (28x12.5 ET streets) .. their used not brand new .. and now the car pulls to the left hard unde throttle .. goes straight at coast .. and pulls to the left as well in reverse
i've tweaked the LCAs to damn near perfect matching length .. i did push the rear back a bit to fit the 28s
any ideas ?! gotta goto the track in 30 minutes ... need suggestions asap
thanx

The axle has to be perfectly perpendicular (thrust angle) to the longitudinal axis of the chassis, and it sounds like you are trying to do that by making the lengths of the LCA's equal - which seems logical. But possibly there is some difference in the chassis from side to side that is throwing the axle off of being perpendicular. Try measuring from the center of the front hub to the center of the rear hub on each side to see if the distance is equal. Probably very hard to do it accurately. Next step would be to take it to an alignment shop and have the thrust angle checked.
Grover's points are also valid. If you are getting a lot of chassis "twist" in reaction to the torque, it could make the problem worse by compressing the diameter of the tire on one side more than the other.
