Thats not a "balencer", its just an underdrive pulley which piggybacks your stock damper.

Don't use this as a replacement for a balancer....this sandwitches between you hub and stock balancer. Get a real balancer!

Technically its not a balancer either, that would imply that it actually balances something which it does not. Its a damper because its there to dampen torsional vibrations.

Not that anyone cares...

LOL hey now! I might be a Ford guy, but I'm not gonna lie, I love my Formula. I'm just mad I've had to dump so much money into it! It's easier to find a bull with ******* than it is to work on some parts of this car!

I can't wait til the rebuilt engine is ready for this puppy! 383 with lotsa goodies! Going fast is going fast, I don't care what it's in!

Many people carry over the "harmonic balancer" term from engine that use the "harmonic balancer" to BALANCE the engine. The term seperates when an engine is internally or externally BALANCED! I.E. a Chevrolet 400 is externally balanced. It has counterweights on the harmonic balancer and the flexplate/flywheel. If you put a "damper" where you need a "balancer" you'll get more vibration than you'll like!
