Nasty vibration at 4000 rpm, even in neutral

My car is vibrating very bad at 4000 rpm. It happens even when the car is not moving. I am hoping it is just a mount or something, but does anyone have any other ideas that I should check out? I am assuming since this happens even in neutral that it is not a driveshaft/tranny problem, but I would appreciate anyone's input. Thank you!

Also, the vibration seems to be in the console and up into the engine.

My friends car did that, but it was because it was missing. It turned out to be 2 bad plugs which someone was messing with while we installed the headers. Just a thought.

The computer does not show any misfires so I dont think it is the plugs.
