My widshield wipers do not park after i turn them off..

Even when i turn them off and turn the key off they will not go into the park position most the time..Some times they do park, but 90% they don't it's weird..
I can use the wipers one day and when i turn them off they will stay unparked, they might stay that way for a few days or so,then all the sudden they will park themselves..lol..

What can i check/replace to fix this?

Thanks
Steve

Although this is probably the wrong section to be posting in, I do suffer from a simular situation. My wipers park but not all the way. It be something as simple as adjusting them or it could be the motor not having enough power to park them.

On our cars it is one of those little things that sometimes just happens then does not do it again for months. Mine do that every once in a blue moon, but it has been that way since I bought the car new back in 95. I did take it back to dealer when it first happened and I could not replicate it, but the dealer guy told me he knew what I was talking about but did not have a solution. Since on my car it is such a rare thing I just live with it. Sorry I could not help with anything that could remedy the problem.
