Is my master cylinder bad?

For some reason by brake light was on after installing my headers. dunno if its related or not, but thats when it first came on.

Pedal is noticably lower than normal. I installed a line lock today, and I knew I would need to bleed my brakes. But When I opened the reservoir cap, the fluid level is at the top. WTF? I KNOW it's low on fluid because some drained out when doing the kit, not to mention I have newly installed empty lines. But it's not pumping any fluid to them as far as I can tell. Any help?

Doesn't anyone know brakes?

UPDATE: I pulled the reservoir, it's fine. I guess somehow it's not filling the master cylinder. I got a new master and it seems to pump a little fluid, but not much more. I checked the push rod in the booster, and it moves freely when the pedal is pushed. This makes no sense to me. I have NO brakes and it won't pump any fluid out!!!

I kinda of have the same problem. I have very little brakes. I am going to bleed the brakes and abs unit once more and clean the pads and rotors with some brake cleaner. I will also check my master cylinder to see if the plunger thing is in place and working. I already checked the brake booster line and it was connected at both ends so I don't know why I do have any power to the brakes. I just converted to the Earlys Braided brake lines and Corvette front brakes. The master was discoed for some of the work that has been done so Im sure I may have forgot some kind of follow on maintenance.
