This is my LAST Jet-Hot LT question I swear fo lawd!

Ok with the drivers? sie header, there is the tube that disconnects from the rest of the header. Do i need to weld this, or is it supposed to come off at will? Installing this weekend and I need to be clear on it.

That comes apart so you can install it without removing the steering shaft.Dont weld it.It should be a tight fit.Probably have to knock it together with a mallet.

Had to dremel out mine, and the y pipe junction frame piece, and the cross member. Dont ask about the air weld that blew..
