Hi I bought a gm motive 373 ring and pinion, I have 273 gears in my car now with a 2 series carrier , I was wondering how I can tell if this ring and pinion is for a 2 series carrier?
The part number on the pinion 22521254 11-41 gm 9
any help? thanks

 

I am pretty sure GM motive does not sell 3.73's for a series 2 carrier.

They don't. You'll either need to buy a spacer or sell the gears for some Richmond's or Strange's...if you want to keep the gearset, then buy a takeoff limited slip diff from SLP for less than $100. That'd be the best route, personally...
