My boost gauge is hooked up the EGR vacumn source...

I have been having a slight bucking at light throttle/low rpm conditions... I'm not sure when it started but it was around the time I hooked up my gauges (in the same couple weeks I also had an OBDI conversion and a blower). It just occured to me that those are EGR related symptoms and I tapped into the EGR vacumn line for the gauge... Could this cause a problem? I think I will try plugging the gauge line but I wanted to know if anybody else has experience...

Also, if that is the problem, where could I get manifold vacumn for the gauge??

Hooking a boost gauge into the manifold by "teeing" into the EGR vacuum line port on the intake shouldn't cause any problems. If you feel uncomfortable with it, you could also tee into the connectrios on the passenger side for the FPR vacuum or the HVAC vacuum. But there's no reason having an extra connection on the EGR nipple should cause a problem.

When you think about it, the intake manifold pressure caused by the blower pretty much eliminates the vacuum from operating much of anything but the gauge when the system is under boost. What did you do about your PCV system?

What do you mean what did I do about the PCV? Was I supposed to do something? I put in a new PCV valve with the blower. Vortech has you route some hose from the passenger side valve cover breather all the way down to the blower intake tubing. Do I need to do anything else in terms of PCV? You got me worried now fred I know the PCV is very important especially with a supercharged motor.

If that's what Vortech told you to do, you should be fine. In effect, you are evacuating the crankcase with the line from the passenger side valve cover. Makes sense. Just wanted to make sure you did something to vent the crankcase into a low pressure area.
