Mufflex didn't line up right with Jethot LT's
I just finished my install up, and the headers look great. The only problem I had, was that the mufflex ypipe didn't bolt straight up to it. The transmission brace had to be grinded down, and the drivers side of the pipe had to be slightly flattened. This is what the picture is showing between the arrows although it's kind of hard to see. Maybe the brace could have been removed, and the ypipe would have fit just fine, but i think it would have still been very tight. I just wanted to let everyone know. Here's the picture

Are those Hooker Jet Hotted LT's or Jet Hot's version of Hooker's? I've heard JetHot's brand had a couple fitup issues is why I ask. Did you clamp your Mufflex connections or weld them. The pic looks like nothing is done to them. I want Hooker LT's and Mufflex 3" myself.
They are the Jethot LT's not the hooker's. The headers fit perfect, it was just where it met the ypipe that it had problems. Also, all of the connections are clamped except the very last. It's welded.
Is your car a M6 or A4? I hear that the mufflex Y works perfect for A4 tranny's but doesn't fit quite right for M6 tranny's. The same applies for Hooker LTs + Mufflex also.
*EDIT*
Or is it the other way around? M6 fits right but the A4 doesn't quite?
