If you're happy about the existing pipes that are on the car that go to the muffler and out of it just reuse those and have them trimmed or added to match a new muffler if necessary. A catback is just what it says, a cat-back ...meaning it's all the pipes from the cat back to the muffler and out of the muffler. Just buying a new muffler would save you at least $100, depending on which you go with. Lately I've heard of guys changing to hooker catbacks over flowmaster, just go buy a hooker aerochamber muffler ($58 thru jeg's) and have it welded up, it's the same one that's in the hooker catback and will sound almost the same too. Good luck.
