MSD Custom Wires 45 Degree Opti Boots

Hello,

1994 Transam GT 25k

Mac ceramic coated mid headers

Borla Catback

Years ago I put Taylor 8mm OVC cut to fit wires on & the plug boots are 90 degree with 180 degree opti boots.

Last Summer I was getting a miss at high rpm under load. When in park or neutral no issues. I pulled out a few of the TR55's & found one plug with a crack in the porcelain & light burn marks.

I'm going to replace them all & figured I might as well do the 20 year old wires also.

A few years ago I bought a set of custom cut to fit MSD OVC 32139 8.5mm set. I believe it was from Thunder Racing.

I finally opened the box & the opti boots are 45 degree & plug boots 90 degree. Will the 45 degree boots work on the opti or only 180 degree straight?

Thanks much!

Look at granatelli they have true 0hm wires....im using super conductors just cause they were cheaper at that time.
