Does it do it both in and out of gear?

it is more in gear than out. i can rev it in neutral and it will vibrate but it is much more defined when under a load in gear

Look at 2 things. See if your tranny mount is broken like everyone else's stock unit and see if any weights came off the drive shaft.

Have someone look at the engine while you let the clutch out slowly with the E brake on. See how far the engine lifts on one side. Usually the bad tranny mount will break the motor mounts.

You can try to jack up on the tranny to see if it moves. The other way is to drop the crossmember to get to the mount.
