header install is a b****, but well worth the trouble-get some friends to help(small handed ones)-while you are there, change plugs and plug wires-I would go with Hooker LT's or AS&M.The AS&M are not full length, but do have 1 3/4 primarys but are a little pricey.

A CAI is not a bad thing to do either. You'd probably see the same difference installing a CAI as you would headers because the stock airbox/airfilter is just as much a restiction as the stock exhaust manifolds. Plus a CAI takes less than 30 minutes to install.

I have head of people spraying on engine with 150k plus and running some great times, then again i have seen people spray on a 56k engine and throw a rod.

Headers can be anything from a breeze to a pain in the butt to install, it all depends on which kind you get. The best bang for your buck headers are Hooker LTs.
