A supercharger.

If thats not the answer you are looking for then probably longtube headers, since you already have a cat-back.

Well, I would say a 100 shot, for 500 dollars you have an extra 100 horsepower, if you want to do it that way....

header install is a b****, but well worth the trouble-get some friends to help(small handed ones)-while you are there, change plugs and plug wires-I would go with Hooker LT's or AS&M.The AS&M are not full length, but do have 1 3/4 primarys but are a little pricey.

Headers can be anything from a breeze to a pain in the butt to install, it all depends on which kind you get. The best bang for your buck headers are Hooker LTs.

A CAI is not a bad thing to do either. You'd probably see the same difference installing a CAI as you would headers because the stock airbox/airfilter is just as much a restiction as the stock exhaust manifolds. Plus a CAI takes less than 30 minutes to install.

Stock cai? From an aftermarket cai unit you're likely to see 8-10 horsepower, also I would do the coolant bypass it's been dyno proven to add 7 at the wheels.

Headers aren't hard at all to install really. It is just a little time consuming. I guess the difficulty is based on the brand of header. On the CAI LT1's don't have a stock CAI you need to buy one they are approx. 175-200new. Also do the TB bypass you don't gain hp you prevent the loss of hp as the car warms up.

I think that all depends on ur driving style and how often ur spraying. Plus, every engine is different of course.

I have head of people spraying on engine with 150k plus and running some great times, then again i have seen people spray on a 56k engine and throw a rod.

Waswa, you are crazy if you think you would see the same difference between CAI and headers. I couldnt barely feel anything with the CAI. Headers were very noticeable. It is definitely a good mod though but buy a used one IMO.

i've seen the dyno sheets that say that too, but a dyno can vary that much without making any changes, and turning the car off long enough to do the mod probably cooled it off enough to make that difference
