Manual Rack and Pinion question.

So i just got a BMR Manual Rack and Pinion setup. Going to put it on right now and just ran into a little dilemna. When i remove the power rack and pinion and put in the manual i'm going to be removing all the power steering lines. What do i do for the power steering pump because i need to have the pulley in place for the belt setup, do they make just a pulley setup that can go there, or do i use a different belt? Any help would be appreciated.

Depends.... are you keeping the AC or deleting it?

With only the alternator, you can relocate it and use a bracket like this (see bottom of page):

There are less expensive versions available.

Alright sounds good, thanks for the help. Is there any modification to the alternator wiring that needs to be done to complete this?

If there is it should be minor. All that connects to the alternator is the lead line from the battery and a 3 wire (guessing) voltage meter connector for the pcm. Those are all easy things to change/extend.

The actual wiring varies from year to year, and you haven't told us anything about your car. Adding a "signature" is a good idea - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods. That way people can give you accurate answers without guessing.

Here's a 95 alternator wiring diagram, courtesy of Shoebox. He has 93 and 96 LT1 wiring diagrams as well.

The alternator is even simpler than described above.
