Manual fan switch question

What is the difference between me paying like 60-70 bucks for a SLP switch and me just making my own setup for like 10 bucks? Is there something I am missing here?

Thats what I kinda figured, but I started to second guess myself when I saw how many people buy the SLP switch...I guess there are just a lot of lazier people...looks like I will be making my own

Thanks for that site too

It doesn't look like you can control them with the Jet switch...it just sets them to come on a little cooler and then shuts them off at 185....so a manual switch will work better for me since I have a 160 stat so I can just leave them on longer...

Then you don't sit in traffic long enough or go to the track at all....there is tons of traffic here in NY so I always hit high tempos in traffic and at the track as well, sometimes up around 215-220...
