Mallory Hyfire #685 on a 97

I have been running this ignition for about two years. When it is working it is great, when it messes up it sucks. Every once in a while the car will run like a dog. If I bypass the ignition, all is good. I need this ignition's features for the amount of nitrous I am running.

Does anyone have a wiring schematic of a 97 LT1's ignition system. They Haynes manual is for 93-97. The schematic in there must be for the older style coils. The coloring of the wire is nowhere close to what I have. The ignition module has a white, pink, green, and black wire. The coil has a pink and green wire going to it. I currently have the red wire for the ignition harness hooked to the pink wire that previously went to the coil. The yellow wire from the harness is plugged into the coil where the pink wire previously was located (now on red wire). The green wire of the harness is hooked to the green wire that went to the ignition control module. The black wire is hooked to the green wire on the coil.

Yellow = positive side of coil
Red = pink wire that was attached to positive side of coil
Green = green wire on ignition module (hopefully what is considered the trigger)
Black = green wire on coil (hopefully the negative side of the coil)

This setup has worked in the past, but I have had some hickups. I am wondering if the box is bad. I haven't come across an ignition box yet that is worth a cent.

Any help from you newer style coil guys is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Craig
