Window switch help?
Ok I have a NX wet kit for GM EFI and i bought a Mallory HyFire VI CD box that has a window switch. It uses 1 wire and it is set to ground when the switch is active. What wire do I use form the relay? I have a fpss and i think it does the same thing so I thought about running the wire (white wire from relay) and splitting it and running it to both the fpss and the window switch or the other side of the fpss goes to ground so should i run it to the window switch? I could be way off so if so let me now how to run it. The directions say nothing about wiring the window switch. Please help, Alan

I have a MSD, but they are the same pretty much. So you go red to power, black to ground. Then on mine the white wire is the TACH lead and goes to the PCM tach wire and my yellow lead is my switch path to goes to one side of the FPSS. The other side of the FPSS goes to the relay.
Does this make sense?

yea that makes more sence than my post. I meant the wire for my NX relay going to the fpss. the wire from the hyfire for the window is violet. So run my white wire that goes to the fpss from the relay. and then the other wire on the fpss that should go to ground just send it to the uiolet on the hyfire. I already have the hyfire wired up all but the window switch. Alan

I belive you can simply connect the violet wire to one side of the FPSS to provide the ground path when in the window that you set. What ever you do use the test function that the mallory unit has to make sure everything works correctly.
Mine is set up alittle different because im using the Maximizer ....Im using the violet as a ground path for the WOT switch. Dont know if that will work in your case.
