How was it running before you did these things? If it was running strong, then you need to check your work, e.g. plugs gapped at .050?

TB plenum on all the way around i.e no intake air leaks after the MAF?

Good luck.

Might check for a clogged cat/cats. My single cat clogged 2 years ago and the car would idle fine but had no power at all.

I've heard some muffler shops thread a pressure gauge into the O2 bung(s) and measure the back pressure. I've also read that you can just remove the O2 sensor(s) and run the car in open loop...if the car runs better, it points to a clogged cat. How many miles do you have on the cat(s)? When I suspected mine, after double checking air intake, spark and fuel, I just disconnected the intermediate pipe, slammed a broom stick through the cat and the problem was gone (until next time you have to smog!).
