Anybody know where I can get a MAF wiring diagram for a 97 car? I think mine is having problems but I need to know what voltages should be present on which wires.

Pink=12v with key ON
Black/white is ground
Yellow is signal from MAF to PCM. ~5v with key ON, variable voltage with engine running.

 

Thanks Rob, I tried tapping on it with a screwdriver when it was running, but it didn't help or make any change. I also tried spraying starter fluid around the engine looking for a vacuum leak, but I didn't find anything. Still fighting that code 171 and terrible driveability.
