love my SLP's definetly by far IMO the best headers out there, who can beat Stainless, I love Stainless they can never look bad, plus they are coated.
Sorry to burst your bubbble, but the SLP' s design is not better than RK Sport/AS@M by a long shot.. I have installed both headers and like I mentioned earlier, especially the SLP y-pipe is cheesy as hell compared to RK/AS@M. Stainless does rust, so if you wanted rust free headers, you would have to get the SLP headers coated, since they are not coated from the factory. The collector on the SLP headers design is more restrictive looking also. SLP is a good header, but not the best header. Hooker LT's would make more power, and I am betting RK SPoert/AS@M would also with the right setup.

Also you mentioned that SLP headers made the same h.p. on a car compared to long tubes.. Well depending on the mods, LT's would make up to 20+ more h.p. N/A with heads and cam over SLP and Rk Sport / AS@M for that matter.

Thanks for the responses. It sounds to me like there are no leak problems with the as&m's. I've heard that these are the longest mid-length out there so I'm gonna go with them.
