someone should dyno AS&M headers vs. hooker/flp longtubes, vs stock manifolds. Im sure someone knows how much power they make with the as&m headers, any 300rwhp bolt on cars with them?
I have over 300 rwhp and i have the AS&M's. They are a really good set of headers if you have to consider emissions. If that is not an issue then i say go with LT's. But if you lower your car then LT's will most likely turn into a problem because they hang down low. Just trying to help.

when my car was a bolt on car it ran a best of 12.76@109.8mph, and made 302 rwhp. those headers ruled!

I was going to get those headers, waited 3 months and then cancelled the order. Went with FLP's. One of the best decisions I ever made. I know ASM are good, but they are not better than longtubes IMO.

i don't have any numbers either, but i noticed a difference after installing mine. They were a pain to install though, the left side y-pipe flange was welded wrong, so the y-pipe wouldn't fit up right. But they sent me a new left side header and all went well after that. Good people to deal with.

I gained nearly 40rwhp on my "blower" car after installing them and twin high flow cats vs. stock manifolds/single cat. Still have them at 733rwhp and will be using them next year with another 100-200hp.
