AS&M Monoblade question

In this picture of the AS&M monoblade, it looks like the throttle cables are on the passenger side of the throttle body... is this correct? Or is this just a wacky picture?

It's reversable to accommodate the Lt1.

I bought one for my modified TPI. What they sent was one for an LT1 as they don't make the one specifically for a TPI anymore. Anyways to get to the point the throttle cables were on the drivers side and not as shown in the picture.
