I bought some hooker lts but they have no emission or 02 hookups. I can just get the EGR programmed out no prob, but what about the O2's? Do I have no choice but to get the bungs welded in? I haven't seen any O2 sims for my car.

 

You can have O2 bungs welded into the collectors of the headers, or you can have them welded into the pipe immediately after the headers.
I have mine in the pipe after the headers.

 

It is usually recommended to have them welded into the collector... if possible. While it usually works to have them in, say, the y-pipe, most will say it is "better" and you run less of a risk of problems with them in the collector.

The bungs are about $8 each. I can't see anyone charging more than $5-10 to weld them in. You need to have them welded in before you have the headers coated.

 

Headers are already coated... What now?
