ltcc question

Do you still have to use the icm with the ltcc setup? Or does it eliminate that along with the coil? I'm going to try this setup and if it still won't run right then the hell with it I'll just part the car out. I've bout had enough. I would try the efi connection but my transmission ain't compatible with it

Re: ltcc question

Doesnt use the icm. Be sure to hook the wiring correct or can fry the ltcc box.

Re: ltcc question

The LTCC does away with both the coil and ICM. What transmission are you running that isn't compatible with the 411 ECM?

Re: ltcc question

LTCC is the best Mod you can do for your car period.. Use the thunderracing coil relocation kit and some moroso ultra 40 wires and it looks ****!

I'm running the 4L60E, but it's an obd1. They said I'd have to have obd2 electronics

I actually forgot about the OBD1 autos being different. I've run 6 speeds for the last 12+ years. Unfortunately it's not just the electronics that are different. The pump, valve body and separator plate are all different as well.
