LTCC problem - no spark in 2 cylinders

I installed LTCC today. Taylor Spiro-Pro 8mm wires were used. The car started instantly and seem to be idling okay. But when I went for a test drive, the car seemed to be misfiring.

I tested the spark with a spark tester that goes on between the wire and the plug and discovered that coils on cylinders #2 and #4 (the first 2 cylinders on the passenger side) do not produce any spark.

I swapped the wires with the driver side, same problem. Then I tested the power to the coils with a multi-meter. The power is there. I also tested the grounds, and all 8 of them seem to be good. Finally, I swapped the coils with the driver side. Same problem. It seems like these 2 cylinders do not get a pulse from the box while they do get power. I also tested the ground wires to these coils for resistance and the harness seem to be fine.

The box doesn't show any codes. The red light is off. Any suggestions are appreciated.
