A friend just had an LTCC installed and is now experiencing an odd, no start, condition. I'll go over all the things it is doing and not doing.

1. When cranking the engine, the green light on the LTCC comes on solid, just like it should.
2. After you crank for the 20 seconds, LTCC box will throw a code 2 which is incorrect amount of high res pulses counted between low res rising edges.
3. Engine PCM ony has a code 41, which is to be expected since there is no longer an ICM in the car. That is the ONLY code in the PCM at this time.
4. When cranking, we had a noid light in an injector socket and we got a strong pulse.
5. When cranking, car is getting a hot spark.
6. Right when you let off the key, it seems to hit and try to fire.
7. I verified all wiring was done correctly just now.

Here are the things I suspect it could be:

1. Ignition switch coincidentally went bad during the install.
2. Opti Crap got something in the shutterwheel when it was removed. It was removed to fix an oil leak after a cam install by the previous owner.
3. I doubt it but maybe the PCM....

Any ideas???
