LTCC code 2 error???

Well I just got my LTCC in last night and started up fine. When I drove it is when I felt the miss. Let me start off I got a 97 WS6. So I checked the grounds and show good, then when I remove the cover off the box its a solid green light and a two blink red one? I read the manual and it states that its a miss count from high to low res? Emailed Bob to see if he can help me out so I'm waiting on him but I wanted to see if anyone has had that problem here to see if I can fix it. Went to the dealer and scaned it and it would show a missfire on multiple cyl's then shut it off and tried again and it showed a miss on another set of cyl's? It's a ramdom miss.

Thanks for the help guys. LMK if you need more info.

If you can swap out w/ someone with new coils or and ls1 that's running good.

Would a bad coil cause a error light on the ltcc box?
