i was reading the 93 specific information and it said something about the 93's not being able to use the LT4KM. Why is this?

Believe the 93 still used a ECM. They switched to PCM in 94. I may be wrong.

The 1993 does not use a replaceable knock module.

somewhere like madz28.com can desensitize the sensor for ya. Much like ion did for me

 

Before you desensitize the 93 Knock module with the resistors try logging some runs. The 93's knock module are not as sensitive as the 94+ ones. So, before you jump on the knock sensor bandwagon get some datalogs!
