i was wondering if you would recieve more power gains if you purchased a new lt4 intake minofold or if you just port and polished the stock lt1 to the same specs of the lt4.
what is cheaper also?
and does anyone know where i can get a cheap lt4 intake minifold or where to port my stock lt1 and what specs to port it to?. thanks

 

the lt1 intake flows just as good the only real reason for the lt4 intake is because of the raised runners of the lt4 heads so unless you get the lt4 heads you will see no gains from the lt4 intake (noticeable gains)

 

In other words it won't work without the heads with the raised port as well.
