I just did a cc502 in my car. It is supposed to be very similar to the hotcam. I like it a lot, feels like i picked up power throughout the whole rpm range. Its an XE grind so the power comes on sooner than the hot cam and supposedly makes about 10-15 HP more. So far i am very happy with it.

 

 

ohh maybe they have an LS4 cam kit...

 

They sell a hotcam for the LS1. It has the exact same specs as the LT1 hotcam. I think it is rather stupid becuase the hotcam was designed for an LT1 motor. The LS1 hotcam is identical to the LT1 hotcam (218/228 .525/.525 112).

 

alright now im hooked on wanting to do a hot cam as well...wheres the best place to order the kit and what else comes in sed kit?

 

The hotcam comes with LT4 hotcam, GMPP 1.6 Roller Rockers, valve springs, retainers, valve locks & shims.

Thats for the LT1. You didnt specify if it was LS1 or LT1.
