Post Anyway to make a 2nd gen rear work with a torque arm?r

I know but i have a complete 12 bolt that has a good posi, axles and 3.90 gear in it. I don't know if it can work or not but it is very close in width too my stock rear. If there is a way to put a torque arm on it then that would be great. My rear is fine and I am just throwing ideas around b/c it won't be long when I start spraying a bunch.

Good luck. You'll need to find some way to weld a torque arm mount onto the cast iron housing. If you do get the weld strong enough so that it won't break under all the stress are you sure the housing isn't warped after welding cast iron?

Sell the diff and buy an aftermarket bolt-in housing.

Consider making it a ladder bar system and get rid of the torque arm!
