LT4 sounds better everyday.

If I were to add an LT4 Cam, and maybe 1.6 rr's, to my engine (mods below) what fuel milage could I expect? I am currently getting 25 mpg highway the car has 99k.

Mine got 22 with the LT4 hotcam kit and 3.73 gears.

The HOTcam is a fine choice. You can keep the revs within a reasonable range, it will retain a lot of good low end and still make some power up top. With my very first try at some homeported heads my HOTcam setup made 333 rwhp on a Superflow dyno, ran an 8.1 @87 on a mail order tune and still got 22 mpg on a trip with a 2800 stall. It's a good all around package. With nitrous it would do well from what I've heard. I would recommend at least some basic porting on the heads while you have it apart.
