LT1 rotating assembly balance?

Is the lt1 Internal balanced from factory? Im guessing it is but not sure? My 94 Z28 has a shake around 3k on the rpms. Sitting still or crusing at 60mph. Its not a horrible shake but a annoying one. I know the transmission has been into and probably done wrong. I plan to take it out and replace torque converter, seals and filter. The flywheel and torque converter seem to be solid but not 100% sure. Could the flywheel be loose??
When i installed new opti the front crank pulley bolts were loose but i know its right now. What could be causing this shake. No codes also.

Also will the shifting linkage from a 95 v6 auto interchange with a 94 z28 auto?

The LT1 is neutrally balanced on the front and externally balanced on the rear.

The shift cable is the same.

Thanks shoebox my best bet would be to check out my flywheel i believe. Also the linkage clips are broke so ill be sure to swap that over.
