A "wobble" means something is moving, probably not a 'balance' issue. The dampers are usually 2-piece, with a hard rubber ring holding the 2 halves together. Is it possible the rubber ring is damaged? Is it possible the crank is moving slightly - thrust bearing problem? Is the damper possibly "loose"?

Injuneer, thanx for your reply, this thought was also in the back of my head so i separated the damper from the hub and ran the engine for a moment, it looks to run true as can be, so i reinstalled the damper and still the same slight wobble at idle but true as can be off idle, i think im gonna check the rubber space rin the center bolt for damage as you suggested cause the whole thing seams odd to me, i might still install the stock one to eliminate a crank or bearing issue..

As for the "Wobble". It could very well be a balance issue. I had to tear my motor back apart after getting it running and have the whole ra rebalanced. I tried stock, pro products, ATI, and my Jegs and they all wobbled. the balancer smoothed out after being rebalanced but not to my liking so i took a dial indicated and checked the run out on the balancer hub and noticed it was not true. Like i said before the lower crank sprocket was not machined correctly. When the hub was installed it did not go on correctly causing the wobble.
