Double check all your connections, especially the coil.

How do you know it has fuel but no spark? Make sure the coil is plugged in off the opti well. Make sure the wiring harness is plugged in the opti well. other than that, bad opti (even though its new), bad coil(same thing).

You can smell the fuel. Is there any way to test opti, or coil?

Opti no. Coil i think so, it should have X? ohms of resistance. if you have a LT1 too just take yours off and put it on his, coils are the cause of the problem only like 5% of the time from what i hear, if that. I would say triple and quadruple check your connections. When i was starting mine i checked everything like 4 times but forgot to hook up the vacuum hose to the FPR since i broke it when removing it.

How did you check for a spark? Did you pull a plug out and hold it to the block and watch for a spark while you buddy turns the key?
