lt1 fluid capacties

got my 95 z about 2 weeks ago i guess and i can't stop grinning

but anyways, i want to replace all the fluids, do a tuneup, etc. to make sure she's running right before i do some mods
i did a search and didn't come up with anything so...
here's my questions

how much coolant do i need to buy? also, any specific kind to look for?
how much dexron3 at fluid do i need to fill my manual tranny?
how much brake fluid?
how much power steering fluid? any specific kind to look for?
does ac delco make fuel filters and pcv valves? if so, anybody got some part #'s?
edit: oil too i suppose, i heard mobil 1 synthetic is pretty top notch, figure i'll give it a shot, what kind? 5w-30? 10w30?

i guess that's about it
i think i have all my other stuff already figured out and lined up
thanks in advance

Many of those questions can be answered by your owner's manual.

If you check your owners manual there is a section labled capacities it should have all the info that you need. Yes the Mobil 1is the best that is all I use 10W-30 should be fine. also Shoebox has the capacities on his site http://shbox.com/pdf/manuals.html click on the manual for the 95 then go to the index to find the capacities

A quart of brake fluid should be enough. Possibly closer to 2 quarts of PS

You should get a gallon of transmission fluid. A quart of power steering fluid should be enough. I recommend Valvoline Maxlife power steering fluid. If you need any advice on how to flush it properly, PM me. Dont forget to change the differential fluid too. You'll need 2 quarts plus the GM additive if you have a posi diff, and a gasket plus some RTV sealant.
