I have a brand new factory delete pulley if anyone is interested. It did not come with any hardware. PM me if interested.

An english 3/8" converts to a metric 9.525mm, and, although I did my install quite a long time ago ....... I vagly do remember using a metric 10mm drill.

On another note, what is the length (height) of the shortest set of those bolt spacers? Again, as I recall I only used three (3) 1/8" thick washers to get very good pulley alignment, and ........... from your photos, it looks like the smallest of those bolt spacer sets is maybe, what a 1/2" plus ??? I really can't tell without some sort of ruler/scale in the picture.

Those things look like split bushings that press fit into a hole.

I just put one on that I got from ebay. I drilled the holes out with a 10mm bit also, and then I had to remove the pulley and put that spacer that came with the pulley behind it. After all said and done, belt went right back on perfectly. The bushings and bolts that I got didn't even fit the pulley or accessory bracket.
