ls1 and lt1 fuel pumps the same?

ls1 and lt1 fuel pumps the same?
is the fuel gauge and the fuel pump stuff for the ls1 able to fit in the lt1's?
reason i ask is because my lt1's fuel pump needs to be replaced, so i was gonna replace it with a low mileage ls1 pump and guage stuff.
