LS1 injectors in an LT1

Just a question.....would i be able to use LS1 injectors in my lt1 without having switch anything? Don't know if the plugs were the same or not thats why I'm asking.

Re: LS1 injectors in an LT1

The electrical connections are the same, but the pcm should be reprogrammed as different injectors react differently to current. Another thing to consider is that 28lbs LS1 injectors are 28lbs at the LS1s 58psi of fuel pressure, the LT1 uses 43.5psi of fuel pressure so the LS1 injectors run at LT1 pressure end up being I believe even a tad SMALLER than our stockers. If you need new injectors because of failing stockers then something like this can be considered, they are not by any stretch of the imagination a performance mod.

I didn't want to just leave it at "yes they plug in" because then people hear the 28lbs rating and don't realize it is at a different pressure and would mistake them for an upgrade.
