There is a kid around my town who has a 99+ Mustang GT. It's got an off road pipe, and a Loudmouth. Its so loud that it's annoying and thats comming from me. To be honest, I wouldn't want my car to be that loud.

 

I had that setup with pacesetter long tubes and my friend told me it was the quietist cat back he had ever heard. I guess he has peanut butter in his ears.

 

I had headers and orp w/loudmouth and it was loud. At a car meet a guy with a third gen fired his up and slid the cat off with a open short y pipe and I was still louder. I loved it but I couldn't here my phone ring and hard for the person sitting next to you to talk to but I loved it I went to true dauls no x strait pipes with turn downs and it not as loud in the car or out.

I wish I wouldnt have sold the loud mouth.

 

To each their own I guess, but that sounds like major A$$. Period. Beyond me why anyone would want their LT1 or LS1 (same deal) to sound like that...

Almost every cat back out there has a muffler - the LM system does not, it is a straight pipe type design.
