I had the SLP shorties w/ stock dual cat y-pipe and the Loudmouth, I didnt care for the sound it put out, it sure was loud I bought the Hooker instead and am quite happy with it.

 

ha currently have slp shorties- offroad y- and loudmouth-

if i could start my car id take a video for u - lets just say its loud- i love the way it sounds especially with my lopey cam and low idle but its real hard to keep it quiet.

get pulled over a lot just for creeping by a cop-

ohh to give idea i hit 115 decibals with the exhuast last summer - cop measured it after i got pulled over so he let me rev it and see how high i could get

LTs no cats GMMG , not like teh loudmouth but close. even tho GMMG sounds way better lol

 

I installed a set of hookers on a friends car with no cats and a loudmouth. It's over the border on annoying

 

Someone in my car club has that setup, possibly even cammed but when you drive next to him, you can't help but cover your ears its that loud even from just going at a steady speed. I image that it drones a lot inside. Keep in mind that this is coming from someone who has a cutout open 24/7.

 

My friend has hooker long tubes with an offroad y (gutted cats cause hes from VA) and the loudmouth. not to bad at idle, his engone is stock though. Even inside the car is unbearable when it's wot, outside the car is pure rasp. sounds like old sooted-up glasspacks. he still thinks its the coolest sounding exhaust ever cause he dumped so much money into it.

 

I had this set-up before i switched to true duals and it is the loudest exhaust combo out there besides open headers, I didn't have too much drone on the inside but i did have rasp while cruising between 2-3k. One thing i didn't like about it was it draws negitive attention to you by making it sound like your @ WOT when your when your really at about 1/4-1/2 Throttle Its a real head turner. I must add though when i switched to True duals i seemed to pick up alot of noticable power.

 

Well i do have a 24 inch long chambered muffler in place of the hollow loudmouth resonator, so im hoping it wont be tooooo bad.

 

man it seems like im the only one who like the LoudMouth with out no cats...i love that raspy sound...

 

I like it too, I've also had alot of people give me compliments.

 

I get a lot of compliments on the catless loudmouth too, but it seems there are always haters. My car is in the video in my sig.

Waaaaay too loud with mods - I hated it. Ended up hacking up the rear of the I pipe and installing a dynomax super turbo. Now you can barely hear the car which works for me - right now. Gonna go with a hooker cat back next year. I have videos - maybe i'll host them on putfile or something
