Question Looking for a good electric cutout.

Been hunting through the threads trying to figure out which brand is the best. It seems DMH makes the better cutout out of the group. I was wondering does anyone have any opinions on this company and their customer support (do they really back up their 4 year warranty)? I really don't want to purchase one and have the motor die on me with the cutout stuck open.

I have a DMH that i got on a group purchase. I got it pretty quick considering it was a GP and it is a very nice setup. I haven't had any problems so i can't say anything about the warranty, but i've heard Dave has awesome customer service.

DMH all the way bro. Awesome peice and I'm very happy with mine. And yes, Dave does offer excellent customer service (called me right back and got mine out to me in 3 days). That 4 year warranty is also very nice to have...

Re: Looking for good electric cutout.

I have had qtp and dmh. Both had problems. Both had annoying rattles when closed. The qtp failed completely after I sold it to a guy that said he didn't care about the rattling.
I am thinking of getting this one forget what its called pro street or something like that ,they are like 250 US but totally different system to the dmh and qtp. And as for warranty ,well shipping is very expensive and awkward from canada back down to states so easier to just sell them off for cheap to racer buds that don't care if they rattle when closed.
They are a very fun toy though. One of my favorite mods for sure. Hope you have better luck than me with them.
